LEGO® Ideas 10th Anniversary. There are 944,000 registered members who collect votes for their ideas online (April 2018) LEGO Ideas has released 23 products via the platform (LEGO IDEAS + LEGO CUUSOO) LEGO Ideas was first introduced as an offshoot of the Japanese website CUUSOO, produced as a collaboration between that company and The LEGO Group (Oct 2018) Over my time on LEGO Ideas I submitted three projects, one of which expired with less than 600 supporters as I was not able to find a big enough audience for it, and my original project also expired with a little over 2,100 supporters, though I am happy to say that my third project reached its end goal of 10,000 supporters on the 26th of November 2021 though was not selected to go into production. I’ve created a Lego Harry Styles Love on Tour 2023 Stage and the Love band members. The band members include Harry Styles (singer), Madi Diaz (guitar, vocals), Pauli Lovejoy (percussion/RMD), Sarah Jones (drums/vocals), Mitch Rowland (guitar) and Lloyd Wakefield (Photographer). This Lego set has approximately 698 pieces.

Before LEGO Ideas launch in 2014, a crowdsourcing program is set up as an experiment in Japan when the LEGO Group teams up with the Japanese crowdsourcing platform CUUSOO in 2008. On the LEGO CUUSOO site fan designers aged 18 or older can submit an idea for a new product. If an idea receives at least one thousand supporters, it will be reviewed An IP that may be denied via LEGO Ideas for any reason, may well still be considered internally by the LEGO Groups’ design teams in their regular product development process. It’s worth noting that it’s still a work in progress and we plan further updates to this, including providing more precise feedback on why an IP is not allowed.
