Ithink the build date is late 2014 even thought the model year is 2015. In the alternative there is a 2017 FORD C-MAX ENERGI SE for $15,995 with 74,088 miles. It is built after the late 2014 date but is about 995 more than I wanted to spend out the door. A $2400 difference over the 2014 matters. Although both cars may have some warranty left
