For some reason they locked it to 60 fps on PC. Console gaming in PAL regions back then were locked to a maximum of 50 FPS, as their monitors were different from what North America and Japan had, in that they had different refresh rates. 60 FPS in NA and JP would be 50 FPS in PAL, and 30 FPS in NA and JP would be 25 FPS in PAL. Ah, 50hz gets halved as well and ends up being 25 FPS of course.

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is a textbook example of an amazing remake. Taking three all time classics and mashing them together into a single package is great, upgrading the visuals is fantastic, and adding in a few subtle touches without impacting the game itself is the cherry on top.

This game sadly is 30 fps - there is no 60 fps mode. The One S and original Xbox One run at full 1080P, while the One X supports 4K, but like I said, only at 30 fps. The PS4 and Pro are also 30 fps. Only the PC version supports 60 fps. Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy - Digital Foundry 144 isn't a multiple of 60 fps & neither is 165Hz. This can, and will cause issues with smoothness in a number of games (& Emulators). It also causes smoothness problems with obs recordings. Fullscreen Optimisations also cause issues. I played Crash N.Sane fine 100% in Borderless at 120Hz. 55 fps are your max. FPS. #6. Fish_Goes_Moo 29 juin 2018 à 10h57. 60fps here, but no g-sync, just standard high refresh monitor. Did you try setting exclusive fullscreen, game should take over and set refresh to 60Hz when it launches in that, might fix it. Can't go higher than 60fps anyway. I do want to reward developers that program games to run at 60+FPS, even better if they run higher. Just a month ago, I was used to playing games on lower fps and low graphics. Recently I got a better laptop and now I can run games with high graphics and high fps. If I were to go back to low fps and graphics, I would murder everyone around me.
